Today was a blistery, blustery day as I like to call them. Who would have guessed you could have a cold rainy day in July? Not me. But in London, you can.
I got the boys off to school and then Tate and I headed home so I could get ready to go visiting teaching. After I realized that I couldn't walk the 15 minutes to get there in time to make my appointment time, I hailed a cab and Taters and I black cabbed it to Jennie's flat, the sweet lady I visit teach.
After visiting teaching I was walking home with Tate in the drizzling rain just taking in all the sights around me. Sometimes I get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of the day to day grind, or "life fog" I forget that, HELLO! I live in London! How cool is that? I had one of those moments walking home from visiting teaching when I looked up from my thoughts and saw this charming home...
Could you die? I could. I want to live in this house. But honestly London is full of these sights, charms, beauty and gorgeousness. I really do adore it here. It has a way of working into your heart this charming London town.
Tate and I stopped by the market across from our flat on the way home to pick up some fruit and "veg". That is what they call it here, "veg" not "veggies". We then headed home for nap time and lunch time and all that other good stuff.
Tonight after dinner and Tate going to bed the boys and Todd and I played Ticket To Ride and Todd beat us all, which is pretty typical around these parts. Now it is time for some 'Good Wife' and off to bed.
