Today we met my friend Sylvia and her DARLING kiddos for a nice day at Holland Park. We stopped at Pret and got some sandwiches and goodies to take with us, and then we went and walked and played and soaked in all the lovely British charm that Holland Park offers. Holland Park is for sure one of my favorite parks here. I feel like there is something fun and beautiful behind every corner and after every bend.
The kids were very seriously contemplating getting completely soaked by this sprinkler. Good thing we stopped them in time!
A giant size chess board in the park? Sure, why not?
I am still OBSESSED with how beautiful everything is here. It is straight up out of Emma every single time I turn around. Aghhhhhh...I love it so much!
We had a great day, and were at the park for a long time. The kids played their little hearts out, and Tate discovered that he really does love to play in the sand.
I enjoyed having an adult conversation, I really needed to just lay low and chat with a friend today while the kids played. Summer break is making me go crazy up in here! If I break up one more fight I just might put myself in the looney bin!
Today was just what we all needed to get out of each others hair and to enjoy the outdoors!
