Day Fifty-Seven: Uneventful Saturday

Sunday, May 11, 2014

Today Todd wanted to go to Portobello Road, but I am still in recovery mode from our trip. Ha! I just didn't feel like going out for a long day today, so we just stayed in. And you know what? It was lovely, as the Brits say.

Todd made Crepes today, our favorite Saturday morning breakfast. We ate and then the boys played while I took a nap and Todd watched some shows.

Later on I went to the grocery store to get ready for my good friend Loralee coming for dinner tomorrow evening!  I can't wait to see her! I also prepared my lesson for the Sunbeams class that I am subbing for tomorrow.

It was a good, and pretty uneventful day!

Day Thirty-Nine: Recouping and Relaxing

Wednesday, April 23, 2014

Today was a lazy, recouping kind of day.  The boys are still out of school and since we just got back from Paris we just un-packed, did laundry, cleaned, grocery shopped (online), and just hung about all day long.  It was pretty great to just lay low with no plans and let the kids play.

The older boys played Minecraft on the computer and Tate wandered around being grateful I am sure to not be in the stroller!

We have so many adventures and trips planned while we are here I feel as if we get back from one and start planning the next!  Todd and I are heading to Italy in a few weeks for a 10 year anniversary trip and so I was online planning that today too!  Can't wait.
